Greenwood Ridge is a favorite Philo winery. This release of Sauvignon Blanc is completely refreshing. The citrus elements of white grapefruit & lime mingle with layers of minerality. Might be a little spritzy - just residual CO2. Enjoy with mild Chinese food & summer porches. 180 case production. $25.
