Seasbiscuit Ranch Superfecta Meritage Blend - This is a dry yet fruit filled big but not too big drinking good now but will age very well blend. The wine has that 'please break out a great steak or some excellent cheddar' edge that we all love - as long as there is sufficient fruit in the mid-pallate so we are not all dried out. Tim and I quashed most of a bottle one night chatting over this and that - the wine just kept opening going down smoothly. More red fruit than dark black fruit - this is how Mendo can do red wine well. From the famous Seabiscuit Ranch.
