Summary

Summer is upon us! stock up on refreshing Sauvignon Blanc - clearly the wine of choice to pair with light salads, light summery foods, lighter cheeses. Note the theme - light - that bright summer sunshine brings out good moods in, well, almost everyone. This SB is clearly crisp, clean, with nice complex fruit of grapefruit and lime. Definitely not your gooseberry - but brighter citrus shows a nice touch from the winemaker. 150 case production. Please, need more next time!
