Description:
A medium amber color. Balanced flavor of baked biscuit, caramel and butterscothc, toasted almonds and pear. Delicate floral hop character of citru blossom and allysum balance the maltyness.
Brewer’s Notes:
This beer is brewed with Pilner, Vienna and Munich malt to provide a smooth lager style. Aromatic Crystal hops are used to impart a subtle floral aroma and to balance the malt, brighten the palate and add to the crisp finish without any lingering bitterness.
