Description:
A golden lager brewed and conditioned for several months before its release in May, celebrating the spirit of spring and renewal. It is made to be maltier than a traditional lager, with a more pronounced hop character.
Brewer’s Notes:
For this style, I selected Crystal, an American hop variety similar to the noble hops of Europe. It offers great complexity while remaining far more subtle than many of the aromatic hops commonly used today. The result is a delicate balance of floral and fruity aromas complemented by woody, herbal notes.
