Description:
Fruity ale notes of apricot and nectarine preserves and clove, balanced with a crisp citrus wheat finish of grapefruit and orange rind.
Brewer’s Notes:
The Honey
Wheat Ale has characteristics of two classic styles of wheat ale; the
fruitiness of British-style beers along with the lightness and crisp,
citrus flavor of the German-style wheat beers. Local, organic honey from the
Lavender Bee Farm in Petaluma is added to the fermentation providing complexity without sweetness.
