This vintage is 65% Cabernet Sauvignon. We are keeping with the Super Tuscan style, which adds in 15% Sangiovese that is rounded out with 10% supple Cabernet Franc, and 10% of spicy Zinfandel. What does all that produce? It’s a bowl of blueberries, blackberries, and some perfectly picked plums.
