Question
What is the difference between the Wel-Made Baking Mix and the Baking Mix?

Response From Ajinomoto Cambrooke
While the All Purpose Baking Mix and the Wel-Made contain the same ingredients, they’re in different quantities that offer distinctive characteristics and baking results. The All Purpose Baking Mix contains more fat and the Wel-Made is dryer. Neither contain leavening agents and both can be used for cookies and cakes. (The MixQuick also has the leavening agents.) Cambrooke has many recipes on their web site for the All Purpose Baking Mix and there are posted recipes in the low protein community that reference “Wel-Plan” Baking Mix. The Wel-Made would be a direct substitute.
