Description: Cambrooke’s low protein omelet mix
Preparation:
To make an omelet using Eggz:
Whisk together 1/4 cup omelet mix with 6 to 8 TBS non-dairy creamer and pour into a pre-heated non-stick skillet that has been lightly greased. Cook until browned on underside, flip to brown the other side. Fill half of 'omelet' with your favorite fillings such as hash browns, sautéed peppers & onions, mushrooms, etc. and fold the other half over top.
This makes about 3 servings with about 0.6 g protein and 31 mg of phe per serving.
Serving Suggestions: Make delicious omelets or scrambled eggs or try it as a base for egg dishes dish. Try fritattas or quiche
Storage: Store in a cool, dark place.
